Enhanced Flooded Batteries – For Stop-Start Vehicles
The frequently repeated Engine starts typical for vehicles equipped with Stop-Start Systems lead to a significantly higher demand of starting power within much shorter periods compared to vehicles where the Engine is running permanently.
Ford Motorcraft EFB were especially developed for vehicles with Stop-Start Systems providing an improved charging capability and a greater cyclic durability when operating in a reduced charging state. EFB also comply with the European DIN/EN 50342 testing standards and are in line with Ford OEM specifications.
